Brand new Chinese restaurant in Orange. The interior is very clean and more upscale than what you'd find at a traditional Chinese place. Service was quick and they were able to seat us right away. They also checked on us often once we were seated.
We ordered the chow mein with soy sauce, kung pao beef, garlic pea shoots, salt and pepper tofu, and white rice. Everything was delicious and the portions were perfect for 5 people. The highlight for me were the pea shoots and the chow mein. One of the best Chinese places I've had in a while and prices were very reasonable.
Definitely give it a try if you're looking for a nicer Chinese place

Finally, a Chinese Restaurant with an authentic Chinese Chef Chen. Ambiance is great. Good not too loud music. Our waiter Eric is presentable nice clean cut, very polite and patient.

We placed a pickup order and were pleased with the seafood tofu and authentic orange peel beef. However, the Yang chow fried rice could benefit from the addition of BBQ pork. I hope they continue to improve and become the best local Hong Kong-style restaurant in OC. We will be back.

Dinner with the family at Dynasty was perfection tonight. They just opened 4 nights ago but they handle the restaurant as if they've been around for ages.
Service was fantastic, the manager Jimmy was incredibly kind and thoughtful. Our server Eric was very attentive along with another server (can't remember his name).
The food is definitely what you will remember, we ordered the large portion of Peking duck (our favorite of the night), pork belly, green beens (our second favorite of the night), and eggplant.
Definitely will be our go to Chinese restaurant in the area, feel pretty lucky that we actually have a spot to go to now. Try it out, you won't regret it 🙂

Started with Pea shoots and eggplant and both are very good. Next came the sweet and sour chick and beef chow fun and we really enjoyed both. Lastly, we got roast duck, BBQ pork and XLBs. The portions were large and quickly made to order. I look forward to coming back and trying other dishes. It is more authentic than other Chinese restaurants in the area. Service was very good and never a wait. We were not disappointed at all and will return!
